Hello my future rushees! My name is MacKenzie and I am your designated "big sister" to help you thrive during sorority recruitment. My recruitment story is a little different. My freshman year I went through recruitment at The University of Alabama and got a bid to a house where I didn't feel at home. I decided to give the sorority a shot but after a few months of being a member, it still didn't feel right. I made the decision drop the sorority and rush again as a sophomore. I was so NERVOUS to go through recruitment again! But, the second time around I ended up receiving a bid to my top sorority! What did I learn? Recruitment is all about preparation, and that is why I created Sorority Recruitment 101!
